How to Access the Bookme App?

Accessing the Bookme app is as easy as 1-2-3! Just follow these three easy steps, and you'll be enjoying the scheduling superpower in no time.

1. Activate Your Bookme Account

Bookme is readily accessible to all Botsplash users, but it needs to be activated first. Activation requires Admin approval. You can copy your team's Botsplash admin/manager, send a Botsplash support ticket, or fill out this form.

2. Enable Your Bookme App

After activating the Bookme account, you will see “Meetings” listed on your right-hand menu listing. Once here, start creating your many meetings.

3. Share Your Link

After activating and enabling the Bookme app, you can find the Bookme link in your profile. You can copy that link and share it with your clients and teammates to schedule the appointment.

How Does Bookme Work?

Once you've activated the app, you'll have access to a personal meeting link that you can share with the world! You can add it to your email signature, social media profiles, or anywhere where it will be easy for your clients to access your calendar and schedule a meeting with you. When clients click on the link, they will be welcomed by the Bookme page, where they can select the type of meeting you've created, choose a time and date from the available slots, and fill out a form with their contact information and any notes. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email, and a reminder will be sent to you and the client 10 minutes before the meeting.
