The engaged conversation feature provides the ability to filter your currently active conversations from the older ones. This ensures you stay on top of your client's needs and make sure an opportunity is never missed.
This feature is tucked away on the main page under the "messages" tab:
By clicking the chat bubble icon you can quickly filter all conversations to only show the ones that have had recent responses. Engaged conversation is an ongoing feature, so if a client responds the system will automatically place the conversation within this window.
Utilizing this will ensure that no client is left behind on those days that multiple responses are coming in at once or when an aged lead responds out of the blue.
