This referral offer is for Botsplash customers and followers. This referral program offers the opportunity to earn rewards by referring friends to Botsplash. We reserve the right to terminate this program at any time for any reason. Participation in the Program may require users to submit personal information about themselves and their friends, such as name, email address, company, job title, industry, company size, or other. By participating in our program, users agree to receive communications from Botsplash. The following guidelines shall apply to a user’s participation in all Botsplash Referral programs. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as a Referrer or to participate in the Referral Program in any manner. Who can participate? The Referrer must be 18 years or older to fill out the form. Users may not participate in a Referral Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.
What is a Qualified Referral?
A Successful Referral is defined by the following: - The referred party must be a new user of Botsplash - The referred party’s company must consist of 50 or more users (seats) - The referred party must schedule a demo with our team to qualify - Only one successful referral can be earned for each referral submitted - Payout will only be given to the first referrer if multiple referrals are given to a single party
Earning and Fulfillment of Rewards
Reward fulfillment shall be governed by the following: - Referrer will receive one $25 Amazon Gift Card and a choice of one of five books - Referrer will be notified via email within two weeks of completion of a successful referral - Amazon gift cards will be delivered via email and books will be shipped to an address provided by the referrer - If the referred party signs a contract within 6 months of the referral, an additional $250 will be paid to the referring party
No fraudulent activity, or illegal participation
Botsplash reserves the right to void referrals and rewards earned if we suspect that they were earned in a fraudulent manner, in a manner that violates these terms, or in a manner otherwise not intended by Botsplash. Likewise, you agree that you will not participate in this Program in a threatening, abusive, illegal, or unsportsmanlike manner.
