Terms and Conditions

Program Terms & Conditions

Participation in the Botsplash Referral Program is subject to the following terms and conditions. By submitting a referral, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

Eligibility

The Botsplash Referral Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Botsplash employees and anyone prohibited from participating by applicable law are not eligible. Botsplash reserves the right to approve or deny participation at its sole discretion.

Qualified Referrals

A qualified referral must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The referred company must be a new prospective customer that is not already actively engaged with Botsplash.
  • The referrer should introduce Botsplash to the referred contact before submitting the referral form.
  • The referral must be submitted before a qualified demo is scheduled.
  • The referred company must match Botsplash's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Botsplash reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies.

Submitting a referral does not guarantee eligibility for rewards.

Reward Schedule

Eligible rewards are earned as the referred company reaches the following milestones:

Qualified demo completed - $50 Visa Gift Card

Contract signed - $500 Visa Gift Card

Customer remains active for six (6) months - Additional $750 Visa Gift Card

As a thank you for participating, eligible referrers may also receive a Botsplash Swag Pack while supplies last.

Rewards are issued only after each milestone has been verified by Botsplash.

Referral Verification

Botsplash uses the information submitted through the referral form to:

  • Verify that the referred organization matches our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Associate the referral with a qualified demo.
  • Confirm eligibility for program rewards.

If Botsplash cannot reasonably match a referral submission to a qualified demo or customer account, rewards may not be issued.

Duplicate Referrals

If multiple individuals refer the same company, only the first eligible referral received by Botsplash will qualify for rewards.

Botsplash's records will be considered final when determining referral ownership.

Reward Fulfillment

Rewards are typically issued within thirty (30) days after each qualifying milestone has been confirmed.

Gift cards will be delivered electronically unless otherwise specified by Botsplash.

Botsplash reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value if necessary.

Fraud & Abuse

Botsplash reserves the right to deny rewards, remove participants from the program, or cancel referrals that are determined to be fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or submitted in bad faith.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Self-referrals
  • False or inaccurate information
  • Artificially created referrals
  • Attempts to manipulate the referral process

Program Changes

Botsplash may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

Changes will not affect rewards that have already been verified and approved before the effective date of any modification.

Privacy

Information submitted through the referral form will be used solely for evaluating referral eligibility, contacting the referred organization when appropriate, administering the Referral Program, and communicating with participants regarding reward status.

Botsplash handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
