Top Client Integration Questions

An integration is the ability to utilize features and tools from other platforms within a single application. This allows for third-party software features to be used directly within the Botsplash platform without having to switch between multiple apps. Our software incorporates numerous integrations that make our communication solutions streamlined, flexible, and accessible by consolidating the key features of these integrations to be used within Botsplash.

Can Botsplash do custom integrations and how long does it take?

Yes we can! Custom integrations typically take around two weeks from development to launch (after our team has vetted the integration). We can integrate with most applications that offer an open API.

How long does it take to onboard a team of fifty-plus agents with an existing integration?

This process typically takes 1 – 2 weeks. We are committed to providing a smooth and efficient onboarding process to ensure proper configuration and a smooth introduction to the platform.

How are support tickets handled post-launch?

Our Client Success team provides prompt, top-notch support for our clients to help drive business and facilitate use of the platform. We help troubleshoot any client issues within the platform, tailor account configuration to suit the business needs of our clients, and provide key insights into best practices of using the platform to guarantee their success.

If Botsplash is a browser application would our agents need another monitor?

This depends – we can make Botsplash available within your proprietary application.  

Can agent assignment be altered or updated via API? Can you force a redistribution on leads?

Yes. Botsplash integrates with multiple CRMs and can reassign and update leads via API. This makes it easy to manage lead information and status, as updating in either Botsplash or the CRM will update in both locations accordingly.

Do you generate or create leads?

Yes. We prefer to refer to traffic as visitors rather than leads. In addition to integrating with CRMs, our chat widget can be embedded on client websites to capture additional traffic and help drive engagement with new visitors on the site or other web page based assets. Once we gather initial identifying information we can either update or create the visitor in the CRM that your company uses.

What security features and restrictions can be found on the Botsplash application and mobile app?

The following security features are included in both the desktop application and mobile app experience to ensure the security of your team and customers:

  • Mobile Document Sharing Restrictions

Do you have any offline appointment setup features?

Yes, we do. We offer the ability to schedule future appointments and send scheduled texts or emails as well as sending meeting reminder text messages. Additionally, a new calendar scheduling tool is in development. This feature will allow users to seamlessly send a confirmation notice to the visitor and schedule a call at the appropriate time.
