The ability to schedule multiple texts out of the Botsplash omnichannel customer engagement platform is now available! Hi, I’m Willem Osuch and welcome to Botsplash.TV.
Back in Episode 20 of Botsplash.TV, we explored the feature of scheduling a text message to a client or prospect out of the Botsplash platform. This feature provides Botsplash users such as loan officers, automotive representatives, and more the ability to compose a message and schedule it for the future.
Botsplash now offers that same feature but with an upgrade. Those same users can now schedule multiple messages to be sent out at later times. This upgraded feature thereby allows users to be more personal with their messaging, using the feature to schedule such texting reminders as birthdays, anniversaries, or other important milestones.
And as always, Botsplash strives to uphold the latest TCPA compliance measures and incorporates this into the scheduling send feature. Regardless of how many multiple future texts a user schedules out of the platform, Botsplash will ensure that those messages are not sent out outside approved TCPA hours.
