Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, driven, and customer-focused Client Success Associate to join our growing team. Botsplash partners with clients across the lending, fintech, and automotive industries, helping them deliver best-in-class digital engagement experiences.

The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys working with customers, thrives on solving problems, and is motivated to uncover opportunities that help clients grow. This role will play a key part in building strong, long-term relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact, guiding customers through platform best practices, and helping resolve issues alongside our internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Guide new customers through implementation and training, ensuring their success with Botsplash
  • Ability to act as a consultant, provide tailored solutions, and handle conflict resolution.
  • Attend weekly client calls and review performance metrics
  • Act as the voice of the customer by relaying feedback and pain points
  • Create reports to show progress and inform strategy.
  • Monitor customer health and progress, identify risks of churn
  • Manage support inquiries and tickets
  • Work closely with the Dev/Product team to prepare a roadmap
  • Understand and implement client API integrations and assist with API integration projects
  • Look for opportunities for account growth through upselling or cross-selling.

Requirements

  • Hands on with technology change requests and system setup
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Must be responsive, pro-active, enthusiastic, and adaptable
  • Genuine interest in technology and business with the desire to learn more
  • Previous internship experience in related role is a plus
