Agents and Admins now have the ability to bulk upload a list of contacts into the platform via CSV file
You can now hyperlink any relevant social media pages directly to an agents BookMe page
Admins will now have more visibility into metrics such as engagement, compliance, specific channel live traffic and more!
Botsplash's suggested reply feature is now available on the mobile app
