Okta Integration

We now offer an integration with Okta SSO making Botsplash platform usage more seamless within an agents workflow.

Search by Multiple Phone Numbers

You can now search for a lead within the visitor tab utilizing any phone number associated with the lead.

Share Contact Card vis SMS Message

Agents are able to send their contact card via SMS message to visitors in a format that makes the information easy to save on a mobile device.
