Our development team is constantly updating and improving the Botsplash platform. For the month of January 2023 you can find a few improvements added to the Botsplash experience below:
We have added additional filters to the visitors tab that will allow users to locate leads based on when the agent last engaged and when the visitor last engaged.
We have updated the scheduled text feature to allow the user to schedule multiple texts to a visitor and indicate which of those scheduled texts should be canceled based on the visitor responding.
We now offer the ability to utilize the popular canned text feature within a scheduled text. This will make it even simpler for a user to schedule a follow up text or future reminder for a client.
