Our development team is constantly updating and improving the Botsplash platform. For the month of September 2024 you can find a few improvements added to the Botsplash experience below:
Easy user management. Admins will now have the ability to resend an invitation link for the platform via the teams page.
SMS compliance made simple. Admins have to ability to reset SMS undeliverable blocks from the visitors page for easier use.
Ensure meaningful conversations. Botsplash is able to identify and mask unwanted language from the visitor agent within any conversation. Any flagged conversations will then appear on a report admins can review at any time for easy monitoring.
Manage spam simply. Updates to the undeliverable report have been made so it now includes hosted number errors as well as the current inbound campaign messages.
Comprehensive reporting at your fingertips. Updates have been made to the templates report to now include campaign messaging. This will allow admins to utilize this report to monitor spam and opt outs for all messaging.
