Botsplash now offers the ability to automatically create meetings within an automated journey. This is a game-changer for streamlining workflows. If a visitor indicates during a bot conversation that they'd like a callback or a meeting at a specific time, the system can now instantly generate that meeting for the agent. This reduces manual steps and ensures that warm leads are followed up promptly and efficiently.
To simplify the lead disposition process for agents, Botsplash now allows administrators to control the order in which "Milestones" appear. This means you can arrange the options so that the most frequently used or relevant milestones are always at the top of the list.
