To ensure message reliability, the system now prioritizes the Direct Line channel for sending SMS when a default SMS channel is unavailable. This means your outbound messages are more consistently delivered, eliminating uncertainty when there's a gap in standard channel availability.

Scheduling messages is now faster and more intuitive. We've enhanced the message scheduling dropdown by adding a "Send At" menu that features quick-choice time options and a history of recently used times. This streamlines the process, making it significantly more convenient to schedule messages for future delivery.

We have resolved a critical issue that caused mobile app notifications to fail on both iOS and Android platforms following a recent update. Mobile app users will now reliably receive all necessary notifications, ensuring agents are promptly alerted to new activity and can maintain timely communication.

Agents now have greater control and transparency over their group communications. You can now view, add, or remove participants from group texts. Furthermore, all activity within group texts is now logged, providing a clear record of communication and participant changes for better oversight.

We've introduced a small but useful feature: an optional label field when adding a new phone number to a visitor's contact card. This allows agents to easily identify the purpose of a number (e.g., "Work Mobile," "Partner Line"), improving clarity and agent efficiency during communication.

We have overhauled the system's TCPA compliance logic for greater clarity and accuracy. The confusing "Match Type" has been removed and replaced with a fixed, rules-based approach that strictly enforces state-specific and time zone calling window restrictions. This change ensures stronger, more consistent compliance without complex manual settings.

The process of updating office hours for Daylight Savings and Standard Time is now fully automated. This improvement eliminates the need for administrators to manually make quarterly adjustments, saving time and preventing potential scheduling errors related to time zone changes.
