We are excited to announce several key platform updates to enhance your Botsplash experience. These improvements focus on increasing flexibility, improving team coordination, and streamlining administrative tasks, ultimately empowering you to achieve your goals more effectively.
To streamline how you manage historical data, we have expanded the Advanced Search filters on the Visitors page. Administrators can now search for and filter by revoked users directly within the "Team Members" dropdown. Previously, this required navigating away to the Teams page; this update keeps your workflow centralized, making it faster to audit conversations or reassign leads from former team members.

We have introduced a new configuration flag that allows administrators to hide the "Visitor Tasks" tab from the agent view. While this tab is helpful for tracking follow-up items, we recognize that every team has a unique workflow. By toggling this off, you can provide your agents with a cleaner, more focused interface that removes unused features and reduces on-screen distractions.

Administrators now have granular control over the AI-generated responses provided to agents. Under App Info -> AI Guidelines, you can now establish specific response criteria, including preferred language, brand tone, and communication protocols. These guardrails ensure that the "Suggested Reply" feature remains consistent with your company’s voice and compliance standards, providing agents with higher-quality, ready-to-use responses.

These updates demonstrate our ongoing commitment to enhancing the Botsplash platform and providing our users with a more efficient, personalized, and user-friendly experience. We believe these improvements will significantly streamline workflows, improve team collaboration, and ultimately drive greater success for all Botsplash users.
