Six tests of an agentic CRM

Score the system you run today, or the one a vendor is showing you. Six questions, no email, nothing leaves your browser.

1 An eligible owner

Does every Lead have exactly one owner, and is that owner someone who may legally and practically work it (license, state, product, capacity)?

2 A response clock

Does each Lead carry a clock set per source and stage, running on a business calendar, visible to the owner and the manager?

3 An escalation

When the clock runs out or an offer is not accepted, does something happen automatically: the next eligible person, the queue, the manager?

4 An approved AI action

When AI proposes or drafts, does a named person approve before a customer is contacted or a record changes in a way that matters?

5 An audit record

Can you read back every action on a Lead, human or AI, with who, when and what changed, including assignments and reassignments?

6 A system of record left intact

Does the platform leave your LOS, POS or AMS authoritative for the transaction, with a written scope of what flows and in which direction?

An evaluation aid for operators, not legal or compliance advice and not a vendor rating. Your answers stay in your browser.

About the scorecard

What are the six tests?

An eligible owner, a response clock, an escalation, an approved AI action, an audit record and a system of record left intact. They are the questions an operator can ask of any sales platform that claims to act on its own.

Is the score a rating of a vendor?

No. It is your answers about one system as it runs in your shop today. Two teams can score the same product differently because their configurations differ.

Do I need to enter an email?

No. The scorecard runs in your browser and nothing is sent to Botsplash.

Is this legal or compliance advice?

No. It is an evaluation aid for operators. Your compliance team decides what your rules are; the tests only ask whether a system can carry them.
