Recapture and renewals

Win the next loan and the next renewal from the book you already own

A funded loan, an expiring term, a rate move, a home-equity inquiry: own-book signals become owned Leads on the Contact you already have, with the next step and the clock attached.

The book

One Contact, the whole relationship

Past clients, co-borrowers and households attach their Leads and Applications to the person, so a new inquiry from someone you funded two years ago is matched, not duplicated, and lands with its history.

  • Relationship match on every intake, with a possible-duplicates queue
  • Consent, opt-outs and the owner carried on the Contact
  • A list of your borrowers that is yours, not your lead vendor’s
Live workflows including Application Funded Post-Close
Event-driven workflows
Signals

Workflows start from events, not from memory

When an Application funds, the post-close sequence starts. A renewal date, a rate-watch rule or a servicing event opens a Lead on the right owner’s queue with a clock. Nothing waits for someone to remember.

  • Application Funded — Post-Close opens the retention workflow
  • Scheduled sweeps open Leads for the people you may contact
  • Signals arrive through integrations we confirm for your setup; the CRM does not supply data

New intent, same person

Home equity is a new Lead, not a new customer

A home-equity inquiry, a refinance question or a policy renewal is a Lead with a purpose and a date on a Contact you know. Retain and re-engage are lifecycle steps the CRM owns, and the dashboard shows what came back.

  • Leads by purpose and source, including your own book
  • Recapture and renewal retention as dashboard tiles
  • Customer Engagement carries the conversation where licensed
What you measure

Your baseline first, then the change

We do not publish benchmarks. A pilot starts by measuring these on your own Leads, then runs the workflow and measures them again.

Recapture rate

Own-book Leads that became Applications, by signal.

Renewal retention

Terms renewed with you, by producer and line.

Signal to first contact

How long a funded loan or a renewal date waits for a person.

Leads per Contact

The relationship, counted.

Questions buyers ask

Where do retention signals come from?

From your LOS, AMS, servicing platform or data vendors, through integrations we confirm per setup, and from your own workflows: a funded Application, a term date, a task. Botsplash does not sell or supply retention data.

Can the same person be a past client and a new Lead?

Yes, that is the point. The Contact is the durable person; each new intent is a Lead on it. The history, the consent and the owner stay with the person.

Who owns a recapture Lead when the original officer has left?

The distribution rules decide, the same way they do for a new Lead, and the assignment history shows both owners. Company-owned relationships survive an officer’s move.

Does this replace our servicing or AMS system?

No. Servicing, the LOS and the AMS stay the systems of record. The CRM owns the work around the signal: the Lead, the owner, the clock and the next step.
