Agentic, with a person in charge

Give every loan officer and agent an AI assistant that preps the next step

The assistant reads the record, proposes the next step and drafts the message. A person approves. Every action, human or AI, is on the record, and the assistant never decides eligibility, pricing or underwriting.

What the assistant does

Prepares, drafts and answers; does not decide

Ask what to follow up on first, what changed on your Leads this week, or how to import a batch and start a cadence. On a record, it summarizes, suggests the next best action and drafts the text or the email for you to edit.

  • Summaries and next-step suggestions on the Lead, the Contact and the Application
  • Drafts in your voice, with the consent fields checked first
  • Answers about the workspace, with the records it used

What it may not do

Approval first, and the record after

The default is that a person approves before a message leaves or a record changes in a way that matters. The assistant does not decide who is eligible for a loan or a policy, what a rate is, or whether a file is approved. Those stay with people and with the systems of record.

  • No eligibility, pricing or underwriting decisions
  • No contact outside the consent on the record
  • Every proposal, approval and action on the activity record, with who and when

Where the rules live

The same rules as everyone else

The assistant works inside the service levels, business calendars, distribution rules and consent fields your admins configure. Workflows are explicit, versioned and testable with sample data, so what the system does is something you can read, not something you have to trust.

  • Versions, test runs and an execution history on every workflow
  • Which steps may run without a person is a setting your admins own
  • Ask us how models are chosen and how data is handled; the security packet covers it
What you measure

Your baseline first, then the change

We do not publish benchmarks. A pilot starts by measuring these on your own Leads, then runs the workflow and measures them again.

Questions buyers ask

What does "agentic" mean in Botsplash CRM?

The system can prepare and propose actions on its own, inside explicit rules, and a person approves what matters. It is not an autonomous agent that contacts customers or changes records on its own judgment.

Can the assistant send messages without a person?

The default is approval. Which low-risk steps, if any, may run without a person is a configuration your admins own, and every one of them is still on the record.

Does AI make us compliant?

No software does. Consent, opt-out, quiet-hour and suppression tools apply the rules your compliance team sets, and the activity record shows what happened. The rules, and the responsibility, are yours.

Which models does Botsplash use, and what happens to our data?

Ask us. The security packet describes the models in use, where data is processed and how it is retained, so your security and legal teams can review the exact promise rather than a marketing line.
