Lead sources

See which lead sources fund loans and bind policies

Marketplaces, web forms, referral partners and your own website land the same way: matched to the person you may already know, routed by the rules for that source, and carried with their attribution to the funded loan or the bound policy.

Capture and match

A Lead arrives with its source and finds its person

Leads come in by API, webhook or form, each carrying its source and campaign. The CRM finds the person by email or phone, or creates them, and inside the repeat window a second inquiry counts on the open Lead instead of making a duplicate.

  • One intake for marketplaces, forms, partners and the website
  • Relationship match, with a possible-duplicates queue for the hard cases
  • Co-borrowers resolved onto the same Lead when they carry an email or phone

Per-source rules

The source decides the clock, the queue and the first touch

A paid marketplace Lead, a partner referral and a past client get different clocks, different routing and different first-touch workflows. The hot tier goes to a priority queue; an unaccepted Lead returns to the queue.

  • Inbound Lead routing by score and source
  • A clock per source, with business calendars
  • First-touch workflows that start when the owner accepts

Source to funded, on the dashboard

Leads by source, contact rate by source, Applications and funded by source, with the assignment chain behind each number. Load your cost per source and the dashboard shows cost per Application without a spreadsheet.

  • Leads by source as a chart, not an export
  • Contact rate and conversion by source and by owner
  • Scheduled reports with a CSV when finance asks
What you measure

Your baseline first, then the change

We do not publish benchmarks. A pilot starts by measuring these on your own Leads, then runs the workflow and measures them again.

Leads by source

Volume, and the share that reached a person.

Contact rate by source

The first thing to compare across vendors.

Duplicate rate

How often a source sends someone you already know.

Source to funded

The only number that settles a renewal with a vendor.

Questions buyers ask

Which lead sources do you integrate with?

Any source that can post a Lead by API or webhook, which covers most marketplaces, form builders and partner feeds. Specific connectors are confirmed per setup before a pilot, with the fields and the direction written down.

Does the website form land in the CRM?

Yes. The demo form on this site is wired the same way: it is upserted as a Lead with its page, source and campaign parameters, so the attribution starts on the first visit.

What happens when two sources send the same person?

The second Lead is matched to the same Contact. Inside the repeat window it counts on the open Lead; outside it, a new Lead is created on the Contact and both sources show on the record.

Can we see which vendor is worth renewing?

That is what source-to-funded attribution is for. Compare contact rate, Lead to Application and funded by source over the same period, on your own numbers.
