Partner program

Partner with Botsplash

Botsplash sits between where Leads come from, where conversations happen and where the transaction lives. If your platform is one of those places, there is a documented way to connect, and a ladder from there.

Who partners with us

Six kinds of partner

Lead sources and marketplaces

Post Leads to Botsplash CRM with source, campaign and consent evidence. Your customers get an owner and a clock on every Lead you send; you get a published endpoint and a setup guide.

Contact-center platforms

Calls stay on your platform. Botsplash carries the text, chat and messaging conversations and keeps the Lead and the consent on one record, with the handoff written down.

Lead compliance and verification

Consent evidence and suppression data land on the Lead and the Contact, where the owner can see them before the first message.

LOS, POS, pricing and AMS platforms

Your system stays authoritative for the file or the policy. Botsplash reads events, opens owned tasks and writes back the agreed fields, with the scope documented per integration.

Implementers and consultants

Run pilots and rollouts for your clients with our workflow library, setup guides and a named integration contact.

Referral partners

Introduce a lending or insurance team that fits, and take part in the referral program with terms agreed in writing.

How it works

A working integration first, then the ladder

Step 1
Compatible

A working integration and a public setup guide. Customers can turn it on themselves.

Step 2
Listed

Named in each other's directories with listing assets both sides have approved.

Step 3
Certified

The integration is reviewed or accredited by the platform, where the platform runs a program.

Step 4
Co-marketed

Joint content, client offers, events and referral terms, each piece approved by both parties before it is published.

What you get

The partner kit

Everything a partner needs to connect, document and go to market, with the claims approved on both sides.

  • An integration brief: what flows, in which direction, who owns each field, and the setup steps
  • A setup guide per lead source or platform, with a test procedure
  • API and webhook documentation
  • The security packet, with approved statements scoped per product
  • A partner FAQ: who owns the customer, support boundaries, data handling
  • A co-marketing approval form, so every claim, logo and quote is signed off by both sides

Questions partners ask

Which products does the program cover?

Both. Botsplash CRM for Lead intake, routing and workflows, and Botsplash Customer Engagement for conversations on SMS, chat, voice and messaging. Many partners integrate with one first.

Does a logo on this page or ours imply a partnership?

No. We publish partner names only under a signed agreement and an approved listing. Integration targets and provider names on other pages describe what connects, not a partnership.

Is there a referral or revenue share?

There is a referral program with terms agreed in writing per partner. Nothing about it is published here; ask on the form.

Who owns the customer relationship?

The customer does. Where an account is already a Botsplash customer, its account owner leads, and co-selling is agreed case by case.
