Reduce Your Sales Tech Stack Expenses with Botsplash CRM
Pilot and design-partner program

Prove the lift on your own borrowers and policyholders before you commit

A 30 to 60 day pilot on one or two teams, one lead source or one workflow, measured against your own baseline. Then a decision.

Who it suits

Four things a good pilot team has

A team of 50 to 5,000 people

A lender, an agency group, a carrier unit or a call center with enough Leads for the numbers to mean something and a sponsor who can decide.

A lead source or a workflow that hurts

Paid Leads that die in inboxes, renewals nobody owns, past clients a competitor keeps calling, or an AI vendor nobody trusts yet.

A system of record you intend to keep

Your LOS, POS or AMS stays authoritative. If you are looking to replace it, this is not the pilot for you.

Someone who will run it

A team lead with two hours a week for the first month, and a compliance contact who owns the rules the CRM will enforce.

The shape

Baselines first, then live, then a readout

Week 0
Scope and baselines

We pick one or two teams and one Lead source or one LOS or AMS workflow. We measure the baseline on your own data: time to first contact, contact rate, Lead to Application, SLA attainment, and whatever your sponsor cares about.

Weeks 1-2
Connect and configure

Intake from the chosen source, the distribution rules, the clocks and calendars, the consent rules from your compliance team, and the one workflow. The integration scope is written down before anything flows.

Weeks 3-6
Run live

The team works real Leads in the CRM. Customer Engagement carries the conversations where licensed. We review the exceptions weekly and change rules, not promises.

Weeks 6-8
Readout and decision

The same measures, before and after, on the same Leads. A written readout, the open questions, and a decision: expand, adjust or stop.

Design partners

Shape what gets built next

A small number of pilot teams become design partners. Their workflows become our test cases; their questions become our roadmap.

  • A say in what gets built next, with your workflows as the test cases
  • Early access to new capabilities before general release
  • A reference relationship only if and when you choose to be one
  • Pricing agreed for the pilot period before it starts; nothing is published

Questions pilot sponsors ask

How long is a pilot?

30 to 60 days of live use after a short setup, long enough for a lead source or a workflow to show its numbers and short enough to decide.

What does it cost?

Pilot terms are agreed before the pilot starts, per team, after a discovery call. We do not publish prices.

What do you need from our IT and compliance teams?

Access to the lead source and the systems in scope, a named security contact for the security packet, and the consent and contact rules the CRM should enforce. Your compliance team sets the rules; the CRM applies them and keeps the record.

Can the pilot include Customer Engagement?

Yes. Most pilots run the CRM with Customer Engagement carrying SMS, chat or voice, where licensed. Teams that already run Customer Engagement add the CRM on the same record.

What happens to our data if we stop?

You get an export of your Contacts, Leads, Applications and the activity record, and the workspace is purged on the schedule we agree in writing.
