Reduce Your Sales Tech Stack Expenses with Botsplash CRM
Botsplash CRM for insurance

Write more policies, renew on time and grow every household

For independent agencies, carriers, MGAs and insurance call centers: licensed routing, a renewal that is a Lead with a date, cross-sell that starts from the household, and your agency management system staying the policy record.

Screens on this page are from a lending demo workspace; the insurance-seeded workspace is in preparation. Ask for a live walk-through of the renewal workflow.

What stays where

The AMS keeps the policy. The CRM keeps the work.

Whatever agency management system you run stays authoritative for the policy and the rating. Botsplash CRM owns the Lead: the quote request, the renewal task, the cross-sell, with an owner, a clock and a next step. The CRM is not the rating engine.

  • Policy terms mirrored as Applications with their dates; the AMS stays the record
  • Quote and Lead are separate: one household can ask for auto, home and umbrella at once
  • What flows between the CRM and your AMS is confirmed per setup, before a pilot

Renewals

A renewal is a Lead with a date

An expiring term opens a renewal Lead on the producer’s queue inside the outreach window you permit. Two producers on one household see the same record, and a reply stops the cadence.

  • Renewal queues ordered by days to expiration
  • Business calendars and quiet hours by state
  • Retention measured by term, producer and line

Households and cross-sell

The mono-line household is a Lead, not a new customer

The household lives on the Contact: people, properties, vehicles and policies. A home-only household with a car in the driveway is a cross-sell Lead with the consent, the history and the owner already known.

  • Policies per household as a number you can act on
  • Cross-sell Leads routed to the licensed producer for the line
  • Consent kept per line of business and per channel

Who may quote

Licensed and available beats fast

License, state, line and carrier appointment gate the offer. Call-center floors route by availability inside that gate, so a marketplace Lead reaches a producer who can actually quote it.

  • Eligibility first, then timed offers or queue-and-claim
  • Consent and source stored on the Lead, which survives the hand-off
  • Assignment history for every Lead, including the ones that bounced
What you measure

Your baseline first, then the change

We do not publish benchmarks. A pilot starts by measuring these on your own Leads, then runs the workflow and measures them again.

Questions buyers ask

Does Botsplash CRM replace our AMS?

No. The AMS stays authoritative for policies, terms and rating. The CRM owns the Lead, the renewal task, the household view and the next step, and it reads from and writes to the AMS only in the ways we confirm for your setup.

Is the CRM a rating or quoting engine?

No. Quotes are produced where they are today. The CRM tracks the quote request as a Lead, routes it to a licensed producer and records what happened.

We sell Medicare and ACA. Does the CRM handle the rules?

The CRM records consent evidence, source and the scope of permission on each Lead, applies the calling and messaging rules you configure, and keeps the audit record. Your compliance team decides what those rules are; no software setting makes a business compliant on its own.

Can it run an insurance call center and an agency in one workspace?

Separate workspaces keep business units apart, each with its own queues, rules and reports. A household that touches both is still one Contact where you decide it should be.
