Finding and tracking leads is now more efficient with the addition of sortable columns on the Visitor Search page. You can now sort by "Engaged At" and "Created At" dates with clear visual indicators. We are excited to introduce RCS (Rich Communication Services) support. This next-generation messaging channel allows admins to add multiple phone numbers to a single channel. To ensure you only see the information most relevant to you, Announcements can now be targeted by Access Level. This means organizations can send specific updates or alerts to Admins only, reducing noise for general agents and ensuring critical system information reaches the right people.
