This allows you to access essential Botsplash tools without leaving your primary system. Agents now have the capability to add External Contacts to a lead. These contacts can be designated as either private (visible only for that specific lead) or shared (available to be linked to multiple leads). This feature is perfectly suited for including crucial third parties—such as partners, realtors, or anyone else involved in a transaction—directly into the communication record, ensuring all relevant parties are accounted for.
Leveraging the new External Contacts feature, agents can now easily initiate a Group Chat with multiple visitors at once. When communicating, agents can seamlessly switch between individual conversation threads using the radio buttons provided within the conversation window. To ensure continued compliance with state regulations, the TCPA guidelines built into the platform have been updated to align with Texas Senate Bill 140. The restrictions for the Texas TCPA window are now set to 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM local time. This automatic adjustment helps your organization remain compliant with the updated local law, protecting your business while maintaining communication capabilities.
Both individual Bookme pages and Bookme team pages now support multiple themes. This allows organizations to deeply customize the look and feel of their booking pages by customizing buttons, theme colors, and bios.
