We are excited to announce several key platform updates to enhance your Botsplash experience. These improvements focus on increasing flexibility, improving team coordination, and streamlining administrative tasks, ultimately empowering you to achieve your goals more effectively.
We've added a new feature that automatically cancels any previously scheduled meetings with an agent when a new one is booked. Note that this setting must be enabled on a per-meeting basis.
We've introduced a new search feature to help you quickly find tools within Botsplash. Access it by clicking the magnifying glass icon or pressing Cmd + K on your keyboard.
While this isn't a new capability, we've had a number of clients reach out with questions about how to cancel Bookme meetings on the agent side. To do so, navigate to the Message Dashboard, select the appropriate visitor, and locate the Meetings section in the right-hand panel and then click the bin icon to cancel the meeting.
