
We are excited to announce several key platform updates to enhance your Botsplash experience. These improvements focus on increasing flexibility, improving team coordination, and streamlining administrative tasks, ultimately empowering you to achieve your goals more effectively.
We’ve listened to your feedback regarding the notification banner that alerts agents when their email or SMS notifications are disabled. To balance awareness with a smoother user experience, we have extended the dismissal period from 24 hours to 7 days. This change ensures that once an agent acknowledges the alert, they can work without repeated interruptions for a full week, while still maintaining the necessary visibility for account settings.

To provide administrators with better clarity and data transparency, we have overhauled our Campaign Logs. Previously, certain status updates were recorded as numeric codes that required interpretation. We have updated these logs to display full text descriptions (string values) for every status. This improvement allows for a much clearer and more immediate understanding of campaign history without needing to reference a manual.

We have introduced a new level of flexibility for outbound communications by allowing agents to manually select their preferred text channel. When initiating an outbound SMS, agents can now choose between different pooled number channels or their direct line where applicable. This gives your team the power to decide which "from" identity is most appropriate for a specific conversation, ensuring more personalized and professional customer outreach.
